ORDERS & DELIVERY

NOTE: Minimum order of £30.

Orders of £150 or over are with free shipping delivery.

​

Prices for the products on this website and the shipping charges above are excluding 15% TAX and will be added on automatically at checkout.

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you make the order.

​

Requested safe spaces: If you have requested for your parcel to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour and this goes missing, we will not be liable or required to take further action.

​

For all England orders, we aim to deliver items within 3 - 5 working days (weekends and bank holidays not included). Whilst we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are completed within the said time, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are unable to deliver an item within the delivery time given.

In the event of customer absence at the time of deliver, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address, after repeated failed attempts by the courier, will incur extra postage charges.

​

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

​

Delivery will be Royal Mail, or any other delivery system of our choice.

Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

When ordering barber chairs, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time shortly after receiving your order. As some items are not despatched by our courier, they may therefore take a little longer. Some barber chairs purchased may be subject to additional carriage charges. Prices will be available on the application. The barber chairs cannot be cancelled or returned.

Orders delivered may be subject to a delivery charge.

Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and confirms that these have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels. We reserve the right to choose any method of shipping.

A signature may be required upon receipt of all orders.

RETURNS POLICY

returns policy

For any returns please email us on deluxebarbersupplies@gmail.com . Please include the product details and pictures with the fault of the product (if damaged) & reason for the return . If the product meets all the return requests, we will then provide you with the address where to send the products & refund will be procesed once we received the product back .

 

To be eligible for return the item must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused, with tax and in its original package.

​

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened with seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund of the value of the item. This means a visual inspection and not a product trial.

​

Please note that we are unable to process a refund or replacement unless we have the item back with us. In the event that the item is so damaged that it can not be returned to us, this will be decided for on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the wrong product was delivered, or the item is faulty.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Goods are offered subject to availability. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.

​

Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. If the packaging is visibly damaged the parcel should be refused as we reserve the right to deny liability. For suitability of goods please contact the manufacturer.

​

The cardholder's name and address and delivery address must be the same for the 1st order.

​

For furniture & equipment orders that are canceled more than 3 working days after being placed, you will be charged 20% of the value of the goods as well as the delivery charge.

​

Due to strict hygiene regulations, Deluxe Barber Supplies cannot accept the return of scissors and razors.

​

Clippers and trimmers can only be returned if unused and in the same condition, item was sent unless faulty.

​

Clipper, trimmer and shaver blades, leads and chargers are classed as perishable and are not covered under warranty.

​

Warranty may be voided if proper care has not been taken of clippers, trimmers and shavers and returns are subject to testing.

​

All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer's warranty.

​

Your statutory rights are not affected.
