All scissors go through the Yasaka unique process, where they are hardened and then annealed in a complete vacuum.
 
After vacuum annealing, and sub-zero treatment is provided, the edges are then sharpened. Made from ATS314 Cobalt Stainless Steel to give greater blade strength and edge retention.
